Board your coach and meet your driver and tour guide in Dublin City for a morning pick up.
Travel through the heartland of Ireland, the mystic midlands, en route to the North West Coast of Ireland where we begin the WAW West and North West coast tour.
We will stop on our journey to relax and have a break, ( Toilet and restaurant ) at Lough Key forest Park, between Carrick on Shannon in Co Leitrim and Boyle in Co Roscommon.
There will also be a second comfort stop in Rosnowlagh, Co Donegal,and then onwards to overnight in our hotel in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
This morning we continue our tour to Malin Head, taking in the beautiful views of Lough Foyle and the beginning of our journey along this section of the wild rugged coastline of Ireland. Each day we will visit places of interest along our journey and we will stop for toilet and refreshments along the way. We overnight in our hotel in Buncrana, Co Donegal.
Today, we follow the coastline of Lough Swilly and stop to visit Fanad Head and its Lighthouse, sitting on the Northern edge of the Atlantic ocean.
Our journey takes us along one of the most rugged coastlines of Ireland via Horn Head to overnight in the Dunfanaghy/Falcarragh region and the opportunity to catch some phrases of the lilting sounds of our native gaelic ( Irish ) language as spoken by local Donegal people whose accents are like beautiful love songs.
Today we continue our coastal adventure by the haunting mysterious land and seascape of Bloody Foreland. This takes us through Bunbeg, Kincaslough and the Rosses onto Dungloe.
We overnight in Dungloe, renowned in the famous song, Mary from Dungloe and the Mary from Dungloe festival.
We travel onwards today by Narin and Portnoo to Ardara, famous for its woolen knitwear.
Visiting the village of Glencolmcille gives us a true insight into the lives as lived in this region of Donegal 80 to 100 years ago ( Part of the Donegal Gaeltacht).
Today the spirit of the gaelic speaking community lives on in the presentation of their village from the past. We overnight in Killybegs, home to one of Irelands foremost sea fishing ports and of course the little known world famous hand stiched carpets also.
This morning we leave our hotel a little earlier than usual to visit one of Irelands highest sea cliffs known as Slieve Leauge. Breathtaking views ( Depends on Weather conditions ) of the Co. Leitrim and Co. Sligo coastline all around the opposite coastline to the North Mayo coastline as far as Erris Head. We continue our day stopping for a short break in Donegal town ( Home of Donegal Tweed ). Then we continue our journey with views of Donegal and Sligo Bay. We'll visit Carrowmore Megalithic cemetery from the Neolithic period of 5/6 thousand years ago, the largest of it's kind in Europe. From here we travel to Ballina in Co. Mayo where we stop over for 2 nights. On the evening of our arrival in Ballina our guests can enjoy some entertainment in the town, take a walk along the banks of the majestic flowing River Moy, the famous Salmon Angling river, earning our beautiful town the name Salmon Capital of Ireland and the gateway to North mayo.

The Jacki Clarke museum, the Connacht Whiskey Distillery, Belleek Castle and Woodland Walks.
Take a tour of the largest Medieval Armoury Collection in the Castle and marvel at its fossil collection also. New for 2023 ( opening date TBA ) will be the Mary Robinson Collection, the First Lady President of Ireland. Take a sea weed bath in Enniscrone or just take a leisurely stroll along its beautiful sandy beach and perhaps strike up a conservation with some fellow walkers from the village. Tonight, after dinner we will have arranged for you specially, entertainment on Irish culture ,song, poetry and dance.
Today we board our coach for North Mayo, taking in some of the finest sea cliffs in Ireland, visiting Downpatrick head and the Cliffs of Ceide. We will visit the most extensive stone age monument in the world at Ceide fields and its new and informative visitor centre. The bogland landscape in this region holds beneath the surface the ancient fields, stone walls house sites and burial tombs of the first farmers to set foot in this region almost 6000 years ago.
Following another overnight in Ballina, we again depart on our tour continuing along the North Mayo coast to Belmullet. We visit the beautiful and rugged cliffs of Ceathru Thaidhg in the Mayo Gaeltacht ( Irish Speaking ) and then onwards to Belmullet and Blacksod. ( D Day Landing History ). As we leave the Belmullet region we take in the Doohama and Geesalla peninsula and then onwards through the hauntingly remote boglands of Ballycroy National Park. Overnight in Mullraney.
Today we travel on to Irelands largest Island, Achill Island sitting majestically on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. We see the coast where Spanish Armada ships met their doom as we travel onto the Island. Achill Island has some of the most magnificent cliffs in Europe and along with Slieve League in Co. Donegal has some of the highest sea cliffs in Europe at Keem Bay. We will visit the Deserted Village and see the magnificent beaches on the North side of the Island. We overnight in Westport.
Today takes us Via Croagh Patrick, to Louisburgh and through the Doolough Valley to Leenane and its magnificent Fjord and onwards to Kylemore Abbey to overnight in Letterfrack near its wild National Park.
Leaving Letterfrack we travel to Clifden, Connemara and Roundstone to overnight in Galway city.
Again staying overnight you get the opportunity to enjoy the nightlife of Galway city at your own leisure.
We return to Dublin crossing the country and visiting Lough Bora natural bogland park en route.
